THE APP
After you've signed up, you will have access to the fitness app that I use exclusively with my clients.
The fitness app integrates various devices, and apps such as Apple Watch, Fitbit, MyFitnessPal, and Apple health to bring all your Fitness, and Nutrition data in one convenient spot.
It has an amazing habit-formation feature, where we will work together, and help you build long-term sustainable habits.
You'll be able to track your weights/ repetitions for every workout. I'll be able to adjust future workouts based on your current ability and performance. You'll also have an easy-to-follow video demonstration, and description for every exercise.
This app is super convenient and brings a higher level of accountability than in-person training. The chat function is perfect for when they have quick questions during a workout.
You will have a personal profile with easy access to all of your workouts, previous weights lifted, habit trackers, etc. This makes tracking your progress easier and more motivating, while also helping you hit your goals more efficiently.
